We loved how safe and well-equipped the place felt. The apartment had a kitchenette, shared laundry, gym, pool, and a 24/7 market. Our unit had a great view, comfortable and clean beds, and each bedroom had its own clean bathroom. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The location is a bit far from most tourist attractions, although Uber is convenient and there’s a metro station about a 15-minute walk away.
We stayed on the 12th floor but could still hear traffic and car horns clearly, even from the bedroom. It seemed like the windows couldn’t shut completely. The apartment is also near a hospital, we could hear ambulance sirens at times throughout the night.

Acomodações novas, prédio novo, apartamento enorme com dois banheiros ótimo. Recomendo muito!
Muitas reclamações sobre ruido porém o quarto tem sim anti ruído basta fechar na janela.

The location was very good, so was the concierge and the facilities
The apartment was very cold. The door to the balcony from the kitchen wouldn’t lock and there was an inch gap for cold breeze to blow in. The bathroom window wasn’t aligned either and was breezy at all times. The kitchen had small ants on the burner and platforms. The pots and pans were smelly and not clean
