The property accommodated 11 guests very well and comfortably. I was not able to get into the apartment for an hour until someone came to let us in. However, they were willing and able to accommodate an extra hour of stay to make up for the lost hour which was appreciated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place !
There were a few broken things around the place. Some renovations would upscale the apartment.

Very convenient, close to Metro Grocery and Metro Snowdon Station, and Spacious area
First the Stairs, it is hard to go up and down especially with a baby stroller and luggage. The furniture is a bit overused they must invest in good quality furniture.

Bien situé avec beaucoup de commerce autour.( restaurants, épicerie, le métro à quelque pas.) Très spacieux.
Certain meuble étaient poussiéreux et plusieurs meuble étaient habimé.
