The building uses keypad for the front entrance and the apartment door -- very convenient. The hosts were immediately responsive, which I appreciated. The shades allow for sunlight to come in without showing everyone you're there. And, the AC, once I figured it out, was really good especially since it was so hot. The kitchen and appliances and washer/dryer were incredible and super convenient. Loved the local neighborhood with lots of diverse foods and a couple of nearby Bixi bike stations. I had an early dilemma with the AC, but the hosts sent over their crew ASAP to check in with me on it. Since I was traveling alone, I will ask for one of the apartments that faces the back instead of to the front next year. I'll certainly be back!

The apartment I was in this time was on the first floor, right above a salon and the corner where everyone stops to smoke. With the windows closed, it was fine; no smoke inside. One bedroom is next to the front of the apt and next to the stairwell where you could hear people going up and downstairs all night when I first arrived. Unfortunately, I could also hear the children upstairs doing laps and screaming all day. The hosts were nice enough to say that they would talk to the guests about this. The toilet seat was oddly only partially on for the entire time I was there. Like someone glued it on so it slid to the side. An easy fix which I let them know about, but it was very obvious.

Very clean, excellent communication, comfortable beds. Near a late night convenience store.

No elevator, limited restaurants nearby, most a 20 minute walk.

Easy communication between host. Very clean and stylish apartment. Very easy to access all parts of the city with a metro station down the road. Would definitely stay when back in Montreal.

The cleaning staff, especially the woman who accommodated us, showed genuine understanding and compassion for our situation.

I would like to leave a review. First of all, I want to sincerely thank the woman who was cleaning these apartments for her kindness and understanding. The situation was the following: for some reason, the phone number listed for the apartments on Booking.com is incorrect. I don’t know why, but I contacted the number provided on the website in order to arrange an early check-in. I received confirmation that it would be possible. However, when we arrived at the address, we were met by the woman cleaning the apartments, and she told us that an early check-in was actually not possible. She then called the person responsible for the apartments. A woman answered the phone and said that nobody had contacted her regarding an early check-in and that it was not possible. At the same time, the number listed on Booking.com — the one I had been communicating with — apparently belonged to someone somehow connected to these apartments, perhaps coordinating something, but honestly, I never fully understood the situation. In the end, the woman on the phone categorically refused the early check-in, even though I was traveling with a small child. But once again, I would really like to express my huge gratitude to the woman who was cleaning the apartments. She kindly said she would try to finish cleaning as quickly as possible, and thanks to her efforts, we were able to check in earlier with our baby.
