A pleasant stay!
It was modern and well equipped. Quiet and spacious. The owner was polite and ready to fulfil all our needs. It was a nice experience.
It was not so clean, as expected to be. It is far from Perugia although the area is not bad but you have to take the car to find a restaurant or a supermarket. It is difficult to reach it the first time, but then it is ok.

Very relaxing aparment and clean
This apartment is in the town of San Sisto so you will need a car. Was great having a secure parking space. Place was good size and clean. This apartment was remote check in so wasn’t very personable and we needed to text all our questions. The area is so quiet and relaxing like its own secure area. There are steps up to the apartment.
The washer was located outside the apartment down the steps and down a ramp. Disappointed it wasn’t inside the apartment. The washer is shared by another tenant in the apartment building.

L'appartamento è elegante e accogliente. Dotato di tutti i comfort e pulito. Letti comodossimi. Appartamento insonorizzato alla perfezione e quindi silenzioso. Posizionato in un giardino curato e dotato di parcheggi privati. Posizione strategica rispetto all'aeroporto di Perugia e per muoversi verso la città e dintorni. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il proprietario Daniele molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.
