Excellent stuff: super responsive and wonderfully friendly! We arrived on Sunday night and had some water issues - someone was on site to attend to it within 30 minutes - amazing service!! Very quite location; Large house with good size bedrooms; Clean, comfortable beds and bedding; Very well equipped kitchen; Lovely swimming pool, heating is worth every penny! Great garden and lovely entertainment area: pool table, table tennis and BBQ - loved it!! Short walk to the ocean, but cannot swim, as too rocky; Walking distance from local shops, cafes and restaurants.

The property is rather outdated and would greatly benefit from some new furniture and finishes. Although the villa is within walking distance from some local shops, main shops like Aldi and Lidl would require some sort of transport to get to. Similarly main beaches, like Playa Flamingo (30 min) or Playa Blanca (45 min) - you can walk there, but it takes time, We hired a car, and it was amazing. Pool wasn’t as warm as we thought (25-27 degrees), but we still enjoyed it!

We had difficulty getting a taxi, we had to use the hotel up the road as a base for them to pick up.

No air on in lounge, sun beds were worn.

The location was good. Close to playa blanca and playa flamingo. There was driveway at the property, so the rental car was parked safely.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The property felt very outdated and poorly maintained, with walls falling apart and multiple power cuts that required us to reset the mains twice. One morning there was no water; although it was eventually fixed by 2pm, communication was very poor. We weren’t told when someone would arrive, so we wasted more than half a day waiting inside with two small children. The washing machine leaks badly and this was reported but never acknowledged. There were not enough bowls for all guests and no extras were provided. The heated pool is an extra charge, but the temperature was not as advertised (nowhere near 27–28°C, closer to 24°C), which is important when travelling with young children. Cleanliness was also an issue: the pool needed a thorough clean, the small pool was filthy with worms, and the ping-pong table was rusty with exposed metal, which felt unsafe for a “family-friendly” villa.
