Appartement tout équipé - Centre-ville EPERNAY

Very comfortable and quiet . Restaurant Ali across the street was lovely too.

Het was een top appartement. Perfecte locatie, mooi ruim. Ik vind het echt een authentiek appartement met mooie hoge plafonds. Contact met de verhuurder verliep ook prettig. Alles aanwezig, alles super schoon. Lekker flesje bubbels bij binnenkomst. Echt een aanrader.

The location is amazing super close to Avenue de Champagne. First floor with old money vibes and nicely refurbished. Very clean. The host was super professional and prompt in advising how to enter the apartment. Keep in mind is an older building so sometimes you might hear the neighbors upstairs (but nothing crazy!)

The apartment was extremely clean

They list air conditioning as an amenity but it is only in the living room and there are two bedrooms in the back of the apartment. There is only one fan for the two bedrooms and the air conditioning does not cool the bedrooms. The bedrooms were extremely hot and was hard to sleep. There is also major construction happening downstairs which you are woken up to every morning. The business claimed they were not aware of this and it was unrelated to the apartment but that was a complete lie as the construction workers had a key to our building. Very unpleasant stay in the summer
