Mooi appartement en heel goed gelegen. Rustig maar toch dicht bij het centrum

Zeer ruim, goed onderhouden appartement. 2 comfortabele bedden met zetelbed. Goede ligging dicht bij het centrum in een relatief rustige straat.

Het was een zeer warm weekend (de eigenaar kan hier niet aandoen) maar doordat het een zolderappartement is, zat de warmte onmiddellijk binnen. Gelukkig had de eigenaar ventilators voorzien.

We did not meet the owner. Our communication with him was brief and then through the booking app. We did mention some things that were not working and he briefly wrote back, but never took any action to make repairs. The apartment is on the top floor directly under the roof in a quiet building. It is perfectly located within walking distance to town. When you enter, it looks very clean and nicely decorated. It is comfortable and it has all the basics to spend a week. It has slanted windows with no view. There are fans available. The fixtures and finishing of the apartment are shabby and obviously not done by a professional. Charging phones The electric sockets in the bedrooms only work when the light is on so to charge phones, you have to leave the light on all night long or charge your device outside. Missing Appliances There is no dishwasher and no washing machine. Bathroom Very small. . The shower needs a deep scrubbing as it has mildew and the shower curtain has never been changed and is full of mildew.. When you shower, the whole bathroom gets wet if you are not careful. Kitchen No egg holders, no small knife to cut fruit, only a huge knife so peeling oranges, for example, can be a challenge. Bedrooms in one bedroom there is a wobbly closet; in the other bedroom there is nothing; there are only small little tables and it would be nice to have a commode with drawers to put small items of Clothing. One of the windows didn’t close properly and the other one was very hard to open. When you open the windows, the draft causes doors to slam shut. Therefore, it would be good to have some door stoppers. All in all, we had a very nice stay, mainly because the area is absolutely beautiful and we had fantastic weather.
