Konumu, dairenin kullanımı, olanakları; mahallenin sakinliği ve temizliği kesinlikle çok çok iyiydi.
Sessiz saatlerde bazı diğer komşuların buna uymaması özellikle rahatsız ediciydi. Mutfak ve banyoda çöp kovası olmaması, elektrikli süpürgenin hem şarjı hem de şarj adaptörü yoktu; haliyle ortalığı hiç süpüremedik.
