Home away from Home

The apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and is only a five-minute drive from Menlyn Mall, making it an ideal location. Kylie, the host, was absolutely amazing. She was present, attentive, and an excellent communicator throughout all our interactions. She reached out the moment I made the booking and continued to check in with us throughout the process, including during our drive to Pretoria. More than that, she went above and beyond to assist us with amending our booking. When we arrived at our “home away from home,” it exceeded our expectations. In fact, the name of the apartment is truly befitting. Everything you could possibly need in a home is readily available, and the attention to detail is exceptional. From the moment you walk through the door, you are welcomed by a beautiful, neat, and clean atmosphere. Kylie even added sweet treats for us on arrival, which was such a lovely touch. And I cannot forget to mention the beautiful scent throughout the apartment. Every room had a glorious fragrance that lingered throughout the day, adding to the overall feeling of comfort and luxury. Kylie is truly a wonderful host and an exceptional communicator. She handled everything from our booking right through to check-in with such grace, patience, and clarity. Her warmth and attention to detail made our stay feel genuinely special.

We experienced some hot-water challenges during the first two days, but the issue was resolved swiftly. Throughout the process, Kylie was proactive in arranging for plumbers to attend to the problem and was genuinely apologetic about the inconvenience. Truly, Home Away From Home is a gem. One thing I have learned is that your host can make or break your stay, and in this case, I am so glad that Kylie went above and beyond to enrich our experience. Thank you, Kylie! We will definitely be back in the future.

We loved taht the plac ewas near main facilities like shopping malls, etc. The host was also very friendly to us. The place had a car park for us to parck our car.

Clean and comfortable. Also quite secure.

Great place... good location...close to shops and night life

Heaters would have been great in this winter weather.
