Great location
1. Consider installing air cons or atleast having heaters, the rooms are very cold. 2. The TV remote was not working properly due to batteries being worn out. 3. The wifi kept buffering when we first arrived, had to hotspot the TV so we could watch something.

The place was clean and tidy .The host was always available for us and what ever we needed.
The beds were horribly stained and misformed. The mattress are stained and super dirty and had cuts like they were picked up at a dumping side.

self catering apartment, left my chain behind and she was very honest in keeping it for me
The place was at the perfect location, old building, lifts did not work , also battled with the safety gate, but the Agent/owner I rented from was always available, the washing machine was affected by this, so I had some problems but none that we did not sort out

The place was clean and in a great location.
We could have been hosted better. There was no toilet paper. The house rules were sent via email which I only view later meaning we had to shower with cold water. It would have been better to be met by someone who showed us the place and how everything works, especially the geyser situation.
