Clean, good beds, a bit run down but very close to Menlyn Maine which was where we wanted to be.
It is a bit run down.

The beds are comfortable.
Kitchen not well stocked with crockery, cutlery etc, appliances need an upgrade. The property in general needs an update, though it's clean. The fact that there are only 2 bathrooms for a 5 bedroom is not so nice. The manual gate needs to be fixed to work without calling the caretaker. The cushions in the lounge need cleaning. There's a funny smell when you come in the front door.
