The check-in and check-out were very easy.

There was a mix-up about who was supposed to be in my room between another guest and me. The room was also not ready when I got there. The staff was still cleaning the room.

It is clean and well maintained

The overall experience was excellent.

Coming into the property late at night is a bit scary. Maybe put more lights outside the entrance, wishing there was like an Apollo light to light up that whole corner. Other than that, the place is lovely, very clean and comfortable.

I like it that it was near to where i was and the instructions were clear.

1- The room i was giving, room 1, the glass door didn’t work and lock, so i will wake up in the morning to find it open, was a little confused if it was opened by the wind or someone. 2- The room had a bathtub, and i was not given any soap or swap to clean the bathtub, i was forced to go and buy mine. 3- I stayed there for 4nights, i understand it’s self catering, but if atleast they can arrange cleaning for the guests who stay longer it will be nice, i had to hire someone to clean my room. Atleast to take the plates and glasses as nothing was provided to clean them. 4- There was bad noise not sure if it’s from other tenants or the workers, everyday at 5am.
