Da limpeza do quarto, da qualidade da mobília, a cama é ótima zero defeitos, a iluminação do ambiente muito boa, a segurança da garagem tem que ser pontuada, o ambiente do hotel é requintado. O café da manhã é a lá carte bom também. O atendimento da recepção é um diferencial, em especial a Maria Belen, um doce de menina e apaixonante.
Da academia, não é funcional, o cuidado da psina poderia ser melhor. A área da psina poderia ser mais privativa, o ambiente tem uma pré disposição para adaptação.

Tuve una estancia estupenda en este hotel. El personal fue extremadamente amable y muy atento, respondiendo a todas mis preguntas. En particular, María Belén, que siempre estaba sonriendo. El hotel está en una zona muy buena. La cama era muy cómoda. Volveré cuando regrese a Santa Cruz.
The only minor thing is the construction next to the Hotel, but this is out of control of the Hotel and very understandable.
