We arrived in the early hours and the gentlemen on duty was helpful and also spoke very good English.
There is no lift in this hotel and some rooms are on the 3rd floor (like ours) so lugging heavy suitcases up and down is not great. We had a family room which had air con and was clean but a little cramped for our liking with 4 beds in the 1 room.
