Location!
We had a problem because the water came out only luke warm/cold, for me it it was OK for me to have a shower, but for the family too cold, that's why I knocked 1 star off...

De locatie, heel goede uitvalsbasis voor NY
Het appartement werd driemaal per week gepoetst en voorzien van vers badgoed.,
De tapijten op de grond, totaal geen uitzicht vanuit de kamer, weinig verluchtings mogelijkheden, er was wel airco maar al die toestellen zijn niet echt stil, dus raam open zetten is geen optie, jammer.
