The location was amazing and the room itself was clean. It was great to be able to get back easily while strolling in Manhattan. Many good restaurants around.

The AC is right at the head of one of the beds and it needed to be on or else the place would become very hot very fast. The bathroom is fine but very very small. There is no glimpse of natural light either.

We had minimal contact from the host and no clear instructions on where to collect our keys. Initially, reception staff said they didn’t know anything about them. Only after we insisted did they locate the keys in an envelope. The apartment itself had several issues. The air conditioning unit was noisy and positioned directly above one of the beds, making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was extremely small, and the room developed a bad smell whenever we cooked—everything in the space seemed to absorb the odor. It was also quite cramped for five people and felt overpriced for what was offered.
