This newly-renovated home boasts a chef’s kitchen, striking exposed brick walls, and expansive glass panels that provide seamless views of the lush patio. An outdoor cooking area further enhances the inviting atmosphere, while the interior comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Additionally, there is a media room downstairs convertible into the third bedroom with a queen-sized sofa bed, and another room which includes a Peloton bike and a workstation. To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
