Fully equipped apartment on the ground floor of an old house. The entrance to the old town is literally a few minutes on foot, and the main attractions in the Piazza Campo area are about 15-20 minutes on foot. From the main railway station you must first go up the escalator system and then walk 5 minutes.
The apartment has many different household appliances - a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, but there is no ordinary electric kettle in the kitchen! Not all guests drink only coffee; drinking tea turned out to be a problem. The windows face a noisy street, actually a road along which cars drive all the time, but this did not bother us.

La ubicación sin duda. Por lo demás, el apartamento cumplió la función básica: bañarnos ahí y descansar.
La cafetera requiere cápsulas que nos standard. No había en el alojamiento y tampoco conseguimos; por lo tanto no la pudimos usar y no pudimos resolver la estancia como en la mayoría de los apartamentos

La vicinanza con il centro storico. Comodità di parcheggio. Ambiente abitativo confortevole. Discrete le dotazioni. Molto apprezzato le due TV.
Dovermi occupare della spazzatura. Portare i sacchetti nei raccoglitori posti a circa 500 metri dalla struttura. Avrei preferito pagare 10/20€ in più e non avere questa incombenza. In fin dei conti si è sempre trattato di una vacanza. Breve, ma sempre vacanza. Ovviamente nulla toglie alla valutazione generale della struttura.
