Stanze troppo fredde sopratutto la camera da letto e il salotto .i condizionatori dovrebbero dare la possibilità di usarli anche con l’aria calda per l’inverno e dei termosifoni che non scaldano in maniera adeguata .Alcune stoviglie dovrebbero esse ben lavate prima di essere messe a disposizione .

Està ben situat, al límit de la ciutat vella, a només 10-15 min caminant del Duomo. Just a fora de la ZTL. A la vora hi ha un carrer amb molt d’aparcament gratuit on no us costarà trobar lloc.
L’apartament es ampli. Ben equipat. És en una planta baixa d’un edifici senyorial. Té una terrassa des d’on es veu el campanar de la esglèsia de santa caterina. A 100m hi teniu un supermercat.
No te rentadora (tot i que ja ho sabíem abans d’anar)
Hi havia una quantitat ridícula de sabo de rentar plats i cap pastilla pel rentaplats. No hi havia cap drap de cuina, nomes 4 tovallons de paper. La calefacció fa una mica el que vol…

Clean house, convenient location, reasonably priced considering the location. It is on the ground floor, convenient for heavy luggage etc. The beds were comfortable, nice shower.
The apartment is above a gym with a lot associated noise both from the AC fans and the music/loudspeakers from the working out lessons till around 9pm. The main bedroom is close to a street with traffic (cars, buses). I would not recommend it to people sensitive to noise or that want to relax in the evening in the apartment. It is ok to sleep as the gym closes at 9-10pm.

Good location, large apartment - it's a 2-bedroom with one room used as a living room area. Good-sized kitchen, good instructions on how to access the building and apartment lockbox. Free parking available within 6-7 minute walk.
The host did not respond to all of my communications once I was on property. When I arrived it was very hot inside. I noticed that none of the remotes for the AC splits were in the apartment. When I messaged, I was told that the laws did not allow for AC. I asked about the laws as googling did not provide specific information that was applicable to the month of September. Nor does the apartment listing mention anything about AC not being available during certain months or weather conditions. The host never responded to this message. So, I was left with no option but to open all the windows and patio doors (no screens, so flies got inside the unit) on the ground level, which made me feel very unsafe as a single woman staying in the unit. While the kitchen area was furnished with the basics, there was not a kitchen towel and there were literally 5 sheets of paper towels available to use for clean-up, eating, etc.
