We had a fantastic stay at this cottage during our ski trip in January 2026. The layout was ideal for a group of friends, providing plenty of space to relax together while keeping our ski and snowboard gear organized in the drying area. It was incredibly cozy and well-heated against the winter chill, and the location offered a perfect balance of mountain access and local convenience. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and functional home base in the Hakuba Valley.

The Ringo Cottage was a perfect spot for a ski holiday in Hakuba. The house is well presented with enough facilities to be self sufficient if required. The Hosts are attentive without being intrusive and offered up great local advice and ideas. Hopefully we will be back.
We honestly did not find a negative.

House is gorgeous, warm and cosy and in a great location, although best if you have a car.
We stayed in winter and it’s just magical. House was perfect for our family of 5. We could realistically cook a few dinners to take a break from eating out. House has everything you need

Everything fabulous! Clean well equipped and very good location! Had hotpot for dinner as Big supermarket was nearby.
No blinds in room so the rooms were bit bright from outside light. Maybe we could install a projector and audio since we have a big door in front of sofa. Current TV is too small.
