SUNRISE HOMES - Large Spacious Studio in Business Bay

The location works well for me, and it’s pretty quiet. It’s very clean and has the essential items you need for your stay. The amenities are good as well. I extended my stay here for the next month.

The safety box doesn’t work. The corridor always smells bad; it seems the odor is coming from another unit. The fridge door is dirty

The property was clean and comfortable. I had almost everything that I needed. Location was great.

Before my travel, the communication and the responsiveness of the property was poor. I had to escalate this to Booking. I paid the deposit 20 days prior to my travel by using the link that the property finally provided me with. Upon leaving the flat, I messaged them to ask about the deposit. No answer was received. As I didn't cause any damage, I expect them to reimburse me. I have all the proofs to launch an investigation if needed. Although, the property was very good, I cannot recommend this place to anyone due to the poor communication and the lack of appropriate customer service.
