A beautiful "one night stand", if you are in transit

A very nice place, newly renovated, with spa and outside pool. I liked the spacious rooms and bathroom. Super clean (daily cleaning service), conveniently located between roads. Interior parking, big yard. The bed should be checked though ( smth moved in the middle). I liked the owner, very cool guy.

1. Dissapointing breakfast (no real bread, very few healthy options, no meats) 2. There was little place to hang out outside in the shade, to enjoy nature. The pool surroundings cannot be even visited in the evenings (it was forbidden... NC). 3. The shower (partially cloggled, only head shower option)

Unfortunately I am very disappointed about this stay and can not recommend this place.

AC in the room. Two bottles of weather in the frigge.

Few things. Shower cabin, completely inconvenient. water, dripped, to wash long hair you had to have patience. There is no shelf in the shower and you had to put your shampoo or conditioner on the floor. In the shower is one jar of some liquid, for everything, hair and body. It is very inconvenient that there is no hair conditioner. Towels for the pool are extra! It is forbidden to take them from the room. What tourist has a big towel in his suitcase? So you are forced to pay extra money. Breakfast is from 8:00-10:00. We came to breakfast at 9:10. The table was already half empty. Only some pays, and biscuits was there. One spoon of omelette left, in Italy at this time at breakfast there was ONE brioche, and when I went to look for the staff to ask for another brioche, since there were two of us, they told me that they had already run out, and the administrator demonstratively looked at her watch, that it was already late, breakfast was about to end. Coffee machine does not work well, and we could not have a cappuccino..

Grandezza della camera e pulizia veramente buona. Lo staff gentile. La posizione è vero che è in mezzo a due statali, ma per la posizione della camera il rumore delle macchine non lo sentivo.

Non mi ha fatto impazzire il fatto che la porta della camera fosse davanti alla porta di ingresso dell'agriturismo. Le camere non sono insonorizzate un granché. Infine mi ha deluso la colazione, non c'erano neanche le uova. E la colazione solo di un'ora e mezza non l'avevo mai vista.

L'accoglienza non dei migliori e poi non siamo potuti usufruire della SPA pur avendo la camera prenotata e pur avendo prenotato la spa 48 ore prima in quando mi si diceva di prenotare la spa almeno 24 prima e pur prenotando 48 ore prima non ci hanno fatto usufruire.......

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut.

Das Frühstück war gut, für Italien vielfältig! Der Frühstücksraum war freundlich gestaltet.

Im Zimmer gab es ständig irgendwelche Flies Geräusche, Auch Nachts, habe zweimal die Klospülung kontrolliert, an der lag es aber nicht. Die Rezeption zeigte sich nur verwundert.

La camera molto ampia e con climatizzazione personalizzabile, arredamento essenziale ma adeguato,parcheggio cintato.

Rispetto ai miei parametri la colazione non particolarmente assortita. Il soffione della doccia era solo fisso e un pò basso, io che sono alto 1,85 , ho dovuto piegarmi un pochetto per lavare la testa. Anche lo specchio a muro a figura intera non mi inquadrava la testa.

Struttura ben organizzata e pulita. Comoda la stanza. Molto buono il ristorante. Posizionata di fronte alla strada statale, ma con finestra chiusa e aria condizionata abbiamo dormito bene.

Acqua della piscina piuttosto fredda. Gestione un po' impersonale.

La struttura é moderna e dispone di una piscina

Camere arredate in modo molto spartano, la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare (il cane é andato sotto il letto e ne é uscito completamente pieno di polvere e laniccia), ristorazione con eccesso di sale in diverse pietanze. Posizionato al centro di un grande svincolo stradale, ne risente per tranquillità e charme. Al netto di tutto, il prezzo del soggiorno é completamente sproporzionato.

Weekend in famiglia

Ho apprezzato la piscina e gli spazi verdi e molto ampi. L’arredamento delle aree comuni e della reception é molto carino. La stanza é ampia, luminosa, e ordinata. Nella colazione le torte sono molto genuine e non industriali. La piscina é grande con acqua salata, ottima per fare un po’ di vasche o semplicemente rinfrescarsi. Area esterna con sdraio molto curata. La location ha un grosso potenziale ma con qualche servizio extra che ora manca.

La struttura purtroppo non offre alcun servizio particolare. Ad esempio il pranzo non é disponibile presso la struttura eccetto nel weekend, e non é consentito mangiare il proprio cibo nelle aree comuni, questo implica dover uscire necessariamente interrompendo il relax. Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati (Famila a pochi minuti). La colazione é poco varia e ripetitiva. Orario ristretto: dalle 8.00 alle 9.30. Per un agriturismo sarebbe apprezzato più cibo sano e fresco (più frutta di stagione, yogurt di diversi tipi, cereali, miele, confetture, succhi di frutta 100%, salumi e formaggi locali). L’agriturismo é posizionato in un angolo tra due strade ad alta percorrenza quindi non totalmente immerso nella natura. La visuale della piscina, seppur circondata dal verde, é sulla strada. Suggerirei di delimitare l’area con degli alberi o una siepe.

Größere Gruppe von Gästen war bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut. Von seitens des Hotel wurde leider nichts gegen die Ruhestörung unternommen.

Piacevole e rilassante. Grande attenzione al cliente e gentilezza dello staff.

La colazione a buffet, sia dolce che salata, aveva una buona scelta. La posizione è strategica perchè vicina alla strada che ti permette di raggiungere le diverse località vicine al lago. La piscina ha un bello spazio intorno con un buon numero di lettini. Molto vicino alle QC Terme e a Desenzano che sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti in auto.

Non ho nulla da segnalare. Unico suggerimento potrebbe essere quello di lasciare aperta la piscina anche dopo le 18, soprattutto perchè a volte si torna in struttura tardi dopo avere effettuato delle visite e sarebbe ancora possibile fare un tuffo viste le giornate calde.

Questo Bed & Breakfast all’apparenza è carino. Dopodiché: il letto è a 30 cm da terra, quindi se non sei alto un metro e venti fare su e giù dal letto implica scomodità, diciamo semplicemente scomodità. Materasso antidiluviano. Nella doccia c’è solo il soffione attaccato al muro e non c’è la manopola per sciacquarsi, quindi per sciacquarsi le parti intime una persona deve o contorcersi e non si può perché la doccia è piccola oppure Sciacquarsi tutto il resto e poi uscire e sciacquarsi nel bidet. Inoltre, c’è un simpatico gradino per scendere dalla doccia che una miope come me non ha calcolato bene e a momenti mi sfracello la schiena… ho fatto quasi una spaccata. Ne consegue uno strappo alla schiena che davvero non mi serviva. A ciò devo aggiungere che all’interno della doccia non c’è nemmeno una mensolina. Una donna come me entra a fare la doccia con: lo Shampoo, il balsamo, un un bagnoschiuma, la spazzola, il rasoio, e il leave in dopo balsamo… tutto questo lo devi appoggiare per terra. Chinandoti 45 volte in uno spazio veramente ridicolo. Indi per cui credo che non tornerò in questo posto. La colazione propone il minimo, del minimo, del minimo indispensabile. Le tazze sono troppo piccole per le macchine che producono le bevande calde e quindi la proporzione latte e caffè per un cappuccino non è corretta. La tazza si riempie di latte e non c’è più spazio per il caffè e devi buttare via il latte e poi rifarti un altro caffè. Il ristorante non è male a livello di cucina, ma la persona che serviva in sala era estremamente poco disponibile e metteva sinceramente un po’ a disagio.

La struttura nel complesso era pulita, arredamento moderno ma forse quello in stanza di bassa qualità. Il ristorante molto buono e corretto nei prezzi. Angolo spa carino.

La struttura si affaccia sulla statale, durante la spa purtroppo si ha la vista sul traffico. Per la colazione sarebbe meglio offrire qualcosa in più di fatto in casa e meno cose confezionate. Il prezzo di 15€ a persona per 2h di spa lo trovo corretto ma chiedere 8€ a persona per il noleggio dell'accappatoio credo sia eccessivo.

Buona posizione per il lago. Prezzo buono considerando la zona. Struttura di recente ristrutturazione.

Colazione poco più che essenziale. Avrei preferito poter fare colazione prima, le 8 come apertura è un pò tardi. Essendo tutto posizionato in un angolo la gente si ammassa ed è difficile accedere. Piatto doccia un pò muffoso. L'erogatore dell'acqua rotto e l'acqua usciva da tutte le parti. Gli asciugamani devono durare obbligatoriamente due giorni. Quello che avevo messo sul pavimento per farmelo cambiare il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo, è stato riappeso. Solo il secondo giorno mi è stato cambiato. Stanza per niente insonorizzata. Si sente il traffico, molto intenso in quella zona, e qualunque rumore proveniente dalle altre camere. Materasso economico ed estremamente scomodo. La sera il parcheggio era spesso occupato da chi era a cena nel locale.

La propreté, le cadre, la proximité avec les lieux touristiques, l’accueil, le personnel.

Le bruit dans les autres chambres, mauvaise insonorisation au niveau des bruits au niveau du bâtiment. On entend le restaurant, les gens sur la passerelle… mais nous sommes tombés sur plusieurs familles très bruyantes et une soirée anniversaire… peut être est ce plus calme en temps normal La douche n’a pas de pression et surtout elle n’est pas adapté aux personnes de plus de 1m80 qui ne passent pas dessous … en plus d’être mal fixé…

Notte "economica"

Hotel nuovissimo ... anche troppo! Il parcheggio ed altre parti devono essere terminate/rifinite. Struttura risalente al 1800, si nota solo però in alcuni punti, ma la camera dove ho prenotato era di un "bianco asettico" ed arredata in maniera "francescana". Per una notte è ok.

Molti dettagli sono da migliorare. La mia camera aveva una doccia senza nulla, nessuna mensola o appoggio x shampoo, pettine ... Le finestre senza serrande, scuroni ... Il bidet era talmente attaccato al lavandino che non era praticamente utilizzabile. In fine il termine "agriturismo" viene spesso abbinato al verde, ma non c'era nulla del genere, ...forse qualche albero crescerà tra 10 anni.
