Lovely stay for 5 nights

Triin was a fantastic host: very welcoming and always available were we to need anything. The apartment was clean, spacious and homely, the beds were comfy, and the building itself is well maintained and attractive. It's a little away from the lake but only takes a 10 minute drive - we actually appreciated the change in scenery as it feels more rural and less touristy.

The kitchen was a bit under-equipped when it comes to utensils, and could have used more hangers.

Exceptional

This place was simply perfect, exactly what I was looking for - it exceeded my expectations. We needed a stop-over, just for one night, to break up a long distance journey. Because we wouldn't be arriving until very late and uncertain of arrival, it was necessary that the property booked could provide flexibility in check in. We arrived well after 22:00, fatigued and totally done in with exhaustion. Our two dogs had been contained much of the day and were also stressed. But we were simply delighted with what we'd booked. The ease of self check in, the host had provided detailed and accurate instructions as to how to obtain entry to the very secure property (gate code, main entrance code, apartment key box code). Everything was smooth, parking right outside the house securely - 24 hour security operation - entry worked perfectly. Apartment was smart, very clean, refreshing and fully equipped. Excellent bathroom, shower was wonderful! The bed was extremely comfortable and the house is located in a quiet residential street, so was without any sleep disturbances.. Air-con units available in the bedroom and lounge area. I'm really happy to have found this property last minute and took a chance at booking without taking time to check reviews or anything about the area. The host made everything very simple with payment as we had extra charges we needed to pay for due to additional services. We were two people and two large dogs staying in the apartment and it was perfectly sized. The bedroom has a double bed and there's a large sofa bed in the lounge. Ample storage space in the kitchenette and bedroom.

Not a complaint, more of an observation - but we were asked to pay additional charge of 15€ for each of our dogs. We travel a lot with our dogs and this charge is totally reasonable as it's only to be expected that additional cleaning will be required. However it states in the property description that pets are welcome at no extra cost. I think this must be a template error and should be corrected. I believe that people travelling with dogs (especially larger ones like ours!) should expect to pay for their pets stay.

L'appartamento aveva il riscaldamento spento e la temperatura era bassissima. Abbiamo contattato gestore e proprietario, che ci hanno riagganciato il telefono in faccia, dopo averci minacciato e trattato malissimo

El apartamento era amplio. Tenía parking propio gratis en la finca,lo cual era muy cómodo.

Estaba un poco alejado del centro, pero en coche no hay problema.

Appartamento carinissimo, moderno, arredato bene,pulito. Vicino a varie spiagge e a pochi km fa Desenzano. Posizione tranquilla.la.signora delle pulizie gentilissima

Non c erano molte stoviglie per cucinare e.mancava lo scolapasta. Ci hanno chiesto il pagamento subito e , nonostante lo abbia chiesto più di una volta, non ci hanno rilasciato nessuna ricevuta

La struttura appare di recente ristrutturazione.

Servizi certamente non adeguati. La semplice segnalazione della mancanza di alcuni elementi della biancheria previsti, ha originato spiacevolissime ed inutili discussioni telefoniche con la titolare (l’appartamento era stato preparato per due ospiti e non per tre come da prenotazione). Titolare, d’altronde, mai presente di persona, neppure al check in eseguito totalmente in modalità remota. Pulizia approssimativa, il bollitore presente era totalmente incrostato da depositi di calcare. Lo scarico della cassetta wc del bagno non era funzionante e l’intervento dell’idraulico, peraltro non risolutivo, è avvenuto solo il giorno successivo alla segnalazione, obbligandomi a perdere completamente una mattinata del soggiorno.
