Suite TOP16 @ Hipódromo Condesa

Unforgettable! I worry when I see lots of reviews referencing the host that the place itself isn’t as nice, but in this case everything said about Jorge is true AND the apartment was spectacular. The location is unbeatable, with access to the building from a gorgeous park-like street (the front entrance, which we never used, is on a busier road, but the apartment windows face the quieter street and overlooks the many nearby parks), quiet and private inside even with the full wall of windows but still feels connected to the city, distant happy people can be heard with the windows open, and the view is frankly unbelievable, my favorite part was the huge lit up Ferris wheel visible until late into the night in the big park. The bed was very comfy, the television huge and with smart TV options, and the bathroom coolly decorated with hot water that didn’t run out. Didn’t need AC, there is a tower fan that was more than sufficient. It’s a studio apartment but felt very spacious with the separate kitchen and the nook area for meals. I feel safe in Mexico City, especially in this area, but there is a manned security desk and the elevator required a keycard so there were zero safety concerns. Jorge himself went so above and beyond in ways I don’t want to list here for fear others will request similar things from him, but all I can say is he went very much out of his way in creating a surprise I was envisioning for my partner before our arrival, and I will really never forget it. He also provided excellent recommendations that made our trip better even though we’d both been to CDMX before. Need to echo a previous reviewer that if this apartment is available, you should go ahead and book it, you’ll be very impressed. Will definitely be returning!

Fantastic location in Condesa with cafes and parks nearby. Great views from the room and o short walk to Roma Norte, Chapultepec Park etc. Jorge, our host, contacted us a few days before we arrived and met us to open up for us. He also gave us many great recommendations for the CIty as well. We'll definitely stay here again!

My wife would have liked some hair conditioner in the bathroom but a very minor detail

L’appartement était très bien équipé en tout, cuisine, chauffage d’appoint, séchoir à cheveux, savon, café, épices.

Il faudrait vraiment revoir le décor vieillot cela dit c’est très propre et le lit est confortable
