The full kitchen has stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. The apartment has a shared washer and dryer. There is a workspace and desk.
The bathroom is stocked with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel and hot water. Air conditioning throughout the apartment.

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Transport can be arranged through us for any trip during your stay, at a rate confirmed in advance. Message us before your arrival.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:
- Names of each guest
- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)
- Estimated time of arrival

Although the apartment is located in a safe and generally quiet area, due to high demand and the constant flow of residents and visitors, you may occasionally notice the gentle buzz of urban life and some activity within the building.
We inform you that work will be carried out on the building's roof between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., which may cause intermittent noise throughout the day. We appreciate your understanding.
There is construction work going on in the adjacent building, with possible intermittent noise during working hours.
