Spacious 55 sqm one-bedroom loft in Colima, CDMX, in Cuauhtemoc. Open-plan, with the living and sleeping areas sharing one space. Accommodates up to two guests, in a king bed. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, a shared washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. In the building: a doorman.
The Space:
It has one bathroom.
There are fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and iron in the bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. There is a shared washer and dryer. For working there is a workspace and desk.
In the bathroom: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel and hot water. There is air conditioning in every room.
Guest Access:
The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Located in Colonia Cuauhtémoc, this Wynwood House apartment offers a peaceful residential setting just steps from the energy of Paseo de la Reforma. The neighborhood is filled with inviting cafés, international restaurants, and charming tree-lined streets, while landmarks such as the Ángel de la Independencia and Chapultepec are within easy reach. Its central location makes it ideal for discovering Mexico City on foot.
Getting Around:
Transport can be arranged through us for any trip during your stay, at a rate confirmed in advance. Message us before your arrival.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:
- Names of each guest
- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)
- Estimated time of arrival
Check-in time: 3pm
Check-out time: 11am

Although the apartment is located in a safe and generally quiet area, due to high demand and the constant flow of residents and visitors, you may occasionally notice the gentle buzz of urban life and some activity within the building.
We inform you that work will be carried out on the building's roof between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., which may cause intermittent noise throughout the day. We appreciate your understanding.
There is construction work going on in the adjacent building, with possible intermittent noise during working hours.
