Really appreciated the drive so we did not have to pay for parking. The location was less than a 5 minute walk to Watford High St station. Although we didn’t visit the studios as massive Harry Potter fans we loved all of the little touches.

Perfect base for our visit. We chose it for the location, close to my sister, but it would have been a great stay regardless. Off-street parking was a real bonus, and the Harry Potter theming was a fun extra touch.

Such a lovely place to stay. Decorated in a Harry potter theme. The hosts were so attentive and nothing was to much for them. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. ♥️

This home was such a magical and comfortable stay while visiting the WB Backstage Tour. The kids absolutely loved the magical scavenger hunt and decorations around the house. The house was spacious, comfortable, and accommodated our family of 5 very nicely. The host was so helpful, kind and gracious. And the location was so convenient to the WB Harry Potter Backstage Tour which we visited while in town. We would definitely stay here again.
The only thing that we had problems with was with the one bathroom and we all had to shower - it would get very humid and wet in there (causing our bathroom bags to get wet). We cracked the window while showering and opened it wide to air it out in between showers and spaced them out more and this helped a lot! This is not anything the host could prevent or help - but just wanted to give other visitors a heads up!
