The apartment we ended up with was very well located in Watford and very clean & comfortable. Car park is directly behind the property and was reasonable at £8 per 24hrs
The operators emailed 1 hour before check in that they had an issue with our apartment and moved us from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom which wasn't ideal as we had paid a premium for the 2 bed. We still stayed there as it was too late to change, they however stated they couldn't refund us the difference so we had to go to booking.com who gave us site credits.

Clean, modern and great location
Too hot! Fan unit in living area but the 2 bedrooms were so hot. Couldn’t open windows as very noisy. When windows are closed you couldn’t hear anything though 2 very poor sleeps as a result
