It was very nice in a good location

It was hard to get into and hadn’t been cleaned even cleaner couldn’t get in

Apartment is in a nice place, in front of the gate, in a green area and with enough services around: 1 supermarket downstairs, coffe shops and 2 restaurants. The apartment was clean. very collaborative and gentle persons on the entrance. very closed to metro station and easy for taxi pick up

The apartment did not have cooking facilities. The gas knobs had been removed, and there were no pans available—just a small pot that wasn’t sufficient for our needs. I couldn’t take advantage of the nearby supermarket. The apartment is inside a very large building, and at the reception, no one knows anything. No one from the property came to welcome us, and it was difficult to enter the apartment because you need to download an app to get the access key, which is not easy to do when you arrive very late as I did. The entry knob had a keypad that didn’t work with the code I was given. In the end, after many attempts, we figured it out and it became easier, but in my opinion, it is absolutely necessary to have someone at reception to explain how everything works.

Great location, beautiful flat. Had welcoming concierge staff. Also very close to a grocery store and Starbucks

No cleaning services provided during the week.
