Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Dubai, such as the Dubai Frame, Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall.
This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features 2 large sofas and a pair of armchairs, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views of the Dubai Frame and Dubai skyline.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Situated between the old and new Dubai, this is the ideal location to experience what Dubai offers fully. Gain access to Dubai's leisure and commercial hubs via the nearby Max Fashion Metro Station (5 min walk) and Sheikh Zayed Road or stay at home and soak in the views of Dubai Frame and Zabeel Park. Main business hubs such as World Trade & Exhibition Center, Dubai International Financial Center, Business Bay and Deira can be reached by metro (1-3 stations) or car (7-15 minutes). Dubai International Airport is 10 minutes drive and can be reached by metro (only six stations away).
Tourist attractions such as Downtown with Burj Khalifa (10 min by car or three metro stations), Museum of Future (7 min by car or two metro stations), City Walk (7 min or three metro stations), Dubai Old City (8 min by car or one metro station) are also very easy to get to. The closest beaches would be the famous Nikki Beach (10 min drive) and La Mer Beach (12 min drive).
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest metro station, Max, is just a 5-minute walk.
DXB Airport is only 10 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 20 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 10-15 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 15 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
