Very big apartment, 2 bedrooms, 1 living with kitchen, 3 bathrooms. Nice view from the balcony. Really quiet during nighttime although you could hear the traffic a bit. Has a parking space in the building. Good wifi. Rooftop pool and a nice gym. Construction everywhere around but you couldn't hear the noise.

Check-in was really hard. We already had a lot of messages between us and the host and did the online check-in, messaged them when we left Abu Dhabi but still they barely responded when we got to Dubai. On their online platform there was another address nearby so we went to that one, didn't see that in the whatsapp message he sent us very late there was a slightly different address. I kept sending photos on whatsapp with our location saying I can't find the property but they were responding with delay and gave us wrong directions. There was construction nearby and the main road the GPS was showing was closed. I asked around and finally got to the building. Although online check-in was done we still had to wait for 20-30 minutes at reception. In total we waited 1h30m until we managed to get in. Also I mentioned 3 times we're coming by car but didn't receive parking instructions until after we checked-in. Floor was dirty, my white socks became grey after 1 hour. Only 3 toilet paper rolls for 1 week. Dishwasher but no pods. Washing machine but no detergent. Kitchen but barely any pans, plates, glasses. No salt or pepper. I understand the concept of apart hotels and I've been to many, but you can't expect people to buy everything. Costs next to nothing to leave some basic stuff. We also left a lot behind us but I'm pretty sure they won't let them for the next tenants. Couldn't get the apartment to heat. In the first day there were 20 degrees in the apt bc they left the AC on. We wanted to heat it up but although we set it to heating and 26degrees it was still blowing cold air. For less money we found apartments in the Business Center next to Burj Khalifa, but we choose this as I thought it's better to have a park nearby for the kid. Might be worth it for large groups as it can easily fit 4-6 people. Water tap was leaking, a lot of cracks in the walls.
