The vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building on a quiet one-way street, very close to the Falderndelft (about 50 m). This is a great starting point for lovely walks along the water or a stroll through the nearby city center. Of course, you can also set out on beautiful bike rides or car trips from here. You can park your car on Kranstraße.
The apartment measures 42 m² and is divided into a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, and a storage room; it is equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. The beds in the bedroom measure 0.90 x 2.00 m—but can easily be pushed together to form a “love island” and serve as a double bed. The bedroom is located in the apartment’s attic and can be reached via a private staircase. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, and a cooking area (with 4 burners). Of course, a TV and a radio are also provided. This is a non-smoking accommodation; pets are not allowed.
Emden’s attractions, such as the East Frisian State Museum in Emden, the Emden Art Gallery, Dat Otto Huus, the Pelzerhäuser, and the Ratsdelft with its historic ships, are all within easy walking distance.
There’s also a wide range of dining options nearby, from snack bars to steakhouses.
Emden festivals and events in the city center, such as the Emden Matjesfest, are just a 5- to 10-minute walk away.
