Die Lage der Wohnung war zentral. Man konnte fußläufig ins Zentrum laufen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe vorhanden.
Ungewöhnlich war für mich, dass die Wohnung ebenerdig direkt am Bürgersteig ist. Beim Lüften konnte von außen in die Wohnung gesehen werden. Was für Leute mit Gehbehinderung aber wieder perfekt ist, da keine Stufen vorhanden sind. Trotzdem würde ich die Wohnung wieder mieten, wenn ich in Emden bin.

Die Wohnung war klein aber sehr gemütlich und ruhig.
Es gab keinen Backofen und due Entfernung zum Zentrum bzw. Bahnhif war foch recht weit.

Schöne ruhige Lage in Emden, kurze Wege zur Innenstadt. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche, alles sauber und ordentlich und sehr nett eingerichtet. Der Tee hat mir am Sonntagnachmittag bei Ankunft im Regen den Nachmittag versüßt. Gute Atmosphäre zum Lernen.
