Nicely arranged villa composed of a fully equipped American kitchen, a bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet. A living room with television area, two air-conditioned bedrooms. Outside you benefit from a covered terrace and its 25 m2 deck equipped with a table, a weber bbc, a hammock and a bench to relax, have a drink.... many beaches are nearby, Anse à la Gourde, La Douche, Pointe aux Châteaux... and the wild beach on the lagoon of Saint François located 50 meters away which is perfect for children because it is very shaded.
A buffer tank regulates water cuts for your comfort, the first breakfast is offered.

The Villa "Les Saintes" is located 50m from the beach of Anse du Mancenillier, it is part of a magnificent wooded estate "Les Villas Rouges" which is composed of 4 villas, two of which have a swimming pool, the privacy of each is preserved. Ideally located between the Pointe des Châteaux, the city center (2.5km) and close to the golf course of St François.
This villa can accommodate 4 people and a teenager, there is no history as I have just acquired this estate which has been in operation for 10 years, I had to recreate new listings, I have the possibility to email you previous comments which were excellent.
I also offer you a vehicle for rent at an attractive price depending on availability.
