north end pier where you can spend the day lounging in the sun, or perhaps
catching some dinner! There is a full kitchen and open floor plan with living
room and dining combination. Sand Fiddler Sunrise is a beautiful oceanfront
property with a well apointed kitchen including all your basic cooking
supplies, dishes, utensils and more! Now you can enjoy meals in a home like
atmosphere or go out. Your choice.
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms the home may sleep up to 6. It has a king
bed, a queen bed and a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Beds are
ready for you to fall into after a day in the sun with linens and towels; the
additional sleeper sofa linens and towels may be added for an extra fee or you
may bring your own. This second-floor end unit has breath taking panoramic
views of the ocean! Tons of outdoor space with two decks including a patio set
for viewing the ocean activities. Complimentary Wi-Fi included to keep you
connected - (Only if you want to be of course!)
Located just outside of this unit is one of the best surf spots on the island!
Great for surfing, kite surfing and boogie boarding or perhaps just lounging
on the beach watching the waves! This unit is a part of the Sun Skipper
Complex which allows you access to a pool which is located just across the
street from Sand Fiddler Sunrise! Parking for 2 cars with parking passes.
Just a short distance (Less than a mile) to downtown Carolina Beach where you
will find restaurants, shopping, and the oceanfront boardwalk. Lose yourself
in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake,
exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington
and seeing all that the Port City has available. There's activity on The
Island year-round!

This was a great little condo for our long weekend. Fair price for beachfront. A couple downsides I wish I had known prior to booking: the parking was in extremely tight quarters for my Honda Pilot. Also, there is no outdoor shower or even a spigot to hose your feet off prior to walking back up the stairwell to the condo. quarters

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean and you are just steps away. The area is very limited for beach setups so plan on being up at 6:00AM to have a place in front of where you are staying. There is not an outside fresh water access to rinse off your chairs or your feet. There is not an elevator and I did not see that before renting so just a heads up.
The bathroom's need new water fixtures desperately because after a long day on the beach a nice shower is necessary. Both bedrooms have sheer curtains so plan on plenty of sun at sunrise. This property was listed as 2 king beds and it is a queen and a king. The new ceiling fans helped keep it cool so that was very nice. Please bring your own towels and linens. We had 4 adults and a baby and were provided 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths. This property is priced fairly as you are completely oceanfront. We have been to Carolina Beach many times and always enjoy the area.
