Clean up is a breeze with dual dishwashers. An elevator within the home makes getting from floor to floor as easy as can be. Enjoy a family night with your favorite movie on the big screen without having to leave the comfort of your home with the theatre room. Create golden lifelong memories at the beach with the kids as they splash in the pool or shell hunt on the white sands. · 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
· 1 bathmat for each full bath
· Bed making is not available

A starter kit will also be included which includes:
· 1 roll of paper towels
· 2 rolls of toilet paper
· 1 small dish soap
· 2 dishwasher tablets

There were 22 family members residing in this house and you'd never know it. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space! We enjoyed our stay immensely. The only issue we had was a few Palmetto bugs, but that's just normal in that area. Our 8 year old granddaughter had a ball killing them and feeling very important when people called her to take care of a bug! The walkway was great. The area was beautiful. We loved it!

The house fit our needs perfectly. Great space in bedrooms and the main living room for all to gather. Large pool and deck area with short access to the beach. The elevator was a plus.

The house is not super clean. The toilet paper holder in front bath on third floor is falling off the wall. The bath with Master on third the faucet is leaking - doesn’t want to turn off. The master bedroom mattress has bad stains. All mattresses need replacing. TV in family room is difficult to work. WiFi is not very good

We had a fabulous time at the Salt & Sol property. Check-in was flawlessly easy. Coastal Premiere’s communication with us was above and beyond what we’ve experienced in the past with other rentals. 10/10 would recommend & would rent again!
