About this house rental
Be the first to enjoy Seas the Day!! This beautiful home was finished May 2022 and opened for it's first renal June 4th!! Check out 3d video of entire house, check scroll down in the listing. Located along North Carolina's pristine coastline, Topsail Beach is nationally recognized as one of America's premier beaches and is home to Welcome to Paradise.
This amazing rental property features a whopping 9 bedroom and 9 1/2 bath floor plan that provides accommodations 40 people with elevator. Guests may choose from among the 5 Master Suites, complete with king beds, HDTV, and private baths. There are also 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each and 2 bunk rooms. ALL bedrooms have their own private bath.
The large living(32 x 22) area features plenty of seating for those big family gatherings. It also has a 75' television for those wishing to keep up with their favorite programs. In the game room (30 x 22) on the next level, football fans will go wild over the 75' large screen HDTV.
The cooks in the family will be anxious to showcase their culinary skills in the oversize kitchen outfitted with a 5 burner cook top, double oven, double refrigerators, as well as 2 microwaves. A double washer and dryer combination makes handling the laundry situation convenient for your guests.
*If you are in the mood for a midnight swim, there's a private pool open year round(can be heated $85 per day) !! You can watch the waves roll in or the sun set over the horizon on one of the large decks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean or in the 7 person Hot Tub($500 per rental)!! Both Heat for the pool and Hot Tub can be added to your rental after booking upon request.
We welcome the happy sounds of your children frolicking in the surf.
It is a non-smoking property, no pets. * Cama rules prohibited stairs over the dune so there is a post and robe system to help. For anyone needing stairs to the beach they can use the community walkway just a short walk from the house.

This house is phenomenal. Excellent location, you can’t get any closer to the ocean. The bunk room on the first floor has a bathtub/shower combo for little ones. All other rooms have showers. Bunk rooms for families are so nice and so much bigger than the pictures let on. Loved all the double appliances. Elevator was so nice when taking down trash and moving in and out. House was beautifully cleaned. The rocking chairs on the decks were a great idea. The pool lights up at night and is beautiful. Parking lot holds up to 20 cars (pictures made it look smaller, and I was worried ahead of time). We had every room filled with a family and the house still felt huge. My one and only critique is that the third floor’s (where kitchen is) air conditioner was not able to keep up during dinner time when we would make a big meal. There were nights where it got stifling up there when we cooked. It would always cool down by the next morning. The bottom floors stayed nice and cool. Ample shower towels provided. Linens provided. Full Hand soap dispensers in every bathroom. Due to the dunes, there was not a way down to the beach without using the stairs (not a problem for us). Beach is lovely. Tons of shark teeth found. You need to walk up to where there is more beach with fluffy dunes to find ghost crabs. Overall, absolutely phenomenal would book again and highly recommend this house. Owner was amazing to work with. Highly responsive prior to trip answering our questions. 10/10.
