Welcome to Paradise #169, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home. This exquisite oceanfront retreat located in the serene North Topsail Beach boasts 9 spacious bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 38 guests, making it the perfect destination for large gatherings, family reunions, or corporate retreats.

- 9 Luxurious Bedrooms: Each room is thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind, offering a tranquil haven for relaxation after a day of beachside fun. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and TV.
- Sleeps 38: With ample sleeping arrangements, Paradise ensures everyone in your group has a cozy place to rest. There are 5 oceanfront bedrooms each featuring a king-sized bed. The 6th and 7th bedrooms each have two queen sized beds sleeping a total of 4 in each bedroom. The 8th bedroom has two queen over queen bunk beds sleeping a total of 8. The 9th bedroom has two queen over queen bunk beds plus a twin daybed with twin trundle sleeping a total of 10. The common area on the lower level features a queen sleeper sofa for 2.

The common area includes queen sleeper sofa and wet bar with additional beverage fridge and microwave. The common area leads directly to the elevated pool deck.

This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.
Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Our group was amazed at the access of the beach. Picture perfect location. It would be beneficial if suggested spots for food were provided. A bed wasn't made. Adding this to future trips (personally & for work). Some in the group had never been to a NC beach, and loved the experience.

Our family loved this property! Plenty of rooms in the spectacular home with lovely views of the beach! The beach was steps away and we spent many hours playing in the surf. The kitchen was stocked well; very important to us because we cooked every day. Landmark was extremely responsive to all our questions and very easy to work with. Our home was spotless and well maintained. N. Topsail is a little quieter that the rest of the Island, we had a short drive to shops and restaurants but it made for a very uncrowded beach which was perfect for us. 100% would recommend this as a beautiful place to spend a memorable vacation.

This gives new meaning to beach front! This house sits very close to the beach, which was lovely. The house was clean and well maintained. Zero complaints, I would highly recommend this property for your beach vacation.

Just returned from a week in the home and had an amazing time with family. Everything was exceptional! the view is unmatched from any room and being on the porch watching the dolphins play was like being in the water with them!! Well stocked, comfortable beds and the living room area couches and chairs were SO comfortable! Highly recommend putting this home at the top of your list to come and enjoy all it has to offer. Sunrise and Sunset views were just amazing and with the great kitchen with double appliances, meals were a snap! The elevator was a life saver as we had some older family members. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms very nice, and overall the location is very private and quiet since not on the main road. The rental company was very professional and extremely responsive. Overall, Stop looking at other properties, you won't find any that compare! We will definitely be coming back, so you better book your stay now while there is time!
