About this house rental
Villa Vida Elevada is a stunning 3BR, 3BTH house located in the remarkable gated community of Tierra Pacifica in Playa Junquillal. Walking distance (5-10min) to the community's many amenities; multi-tiered pool and jacuzzi, tennis (and pickleball) court, fully equipped gym and yoga studio. Also located just a 5-minute drive to the pristine beach of Playa Junquillal, a 30 minute to Playa Tamarindo and only 1.5 hours from Liberia International Airport (LIR), this house is a wonderful vacation choice!
GROUND FLOOR:
Two identical bedrooms:
"Verde Suite" and "Azul Suite". Stylishly decorated, they have king size beds with gorgeous teak headboards, custom crafted wood closets and drawers with ample storage space, mini fridges, and Keurig coffee machines. The bedrooms also feature en-suite baths and modern waterfall showers.
Additionally, these two rooms have sliding glass doors that open to an outdoor covered patio with seating and a bocce ball lawn which extends the length of the two rooms and connects them from the outside, overlooking a fun game or the beautiful garden! Essentially, "Azul Suite" and "Verde Suite" can be used as independent units in that they have their own private amenities.
SECOND FLOOR:
Kitchen, Dining and Living Areas:
The living and dining areas are adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. This sensational design features three places to enjoy meals; the beautiful custom wrap-a-round tropical wood counter which seats four, the smaller wood counter opposite to the living room which seats two, and the exquisite dining room table area which comfortably seats six.
The terrace w/ seating area and grill can be accessed through the sliding glass doors in the kitchen. Enjoy the view of the property and its beautiful trees.
Primary Suite:
Spacious room with a king size bed, and custom-made wooden closets offering ample storage. A special feature of this room is the large window bench, a fabulous place to view wildlife, enjoy your morning coffee with a good book, or even meditate! It also has an en-suite bath complete with a his-and-hers vanity design and a waterfall shower.
THIRD FLOOR
“The entertainment room”:
A second living room is located nestled above the rest of the house, this delightful room features a cozy couch, Smart TV, card/game table and a dedicated workspace. Sliding glass doors open out to the third story terrace where the views of the treetops are spectacular!
The modern-tropical elegance of Villa Vida Elevada is exemplified by the designer's use of glass windows throughout. The entire house is simply a gorgeous space from which spectacular views can be had.

Everything was perfect. Chiara answered all our questions and we didnt need anything. The house had everything. Even though we didnt actually meet Chiara she was very prompt and attentive, answering any qnd all questions promptly
