Welcome to Casa Mora, a tranquil 3-bedroom beach retreat just a short walk from Playa Junquillal. Tucked away on a quiet residential road, this fully gated property offers a perfect mix of privacy, comfort, and local charm—ideal for families, surfers, or digital nomads.
The main house features two connected bedrooms (you walk through one to access the other), a full bathroom, an open living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms include queen beds, and there's a dedicated workspace
We give our guests full privacy during their stay but are available if anything comes up. You can reach us easily by phone or message, and we’ll respond promptly if you need assistance. Otherwise, we’ll leave you to enjoy the space and the peaceful surroundings.
Playa Junquillal is a peaceful and uncrowded beach community known for its natural beauty and laid-back vibe. This is the kind of place where you can truly unwind—no crowds, no rush, just the sound of the waves and the warm Pacific breeze.

Enjoyed everything about this beautiful Villaesque lodging with its lush botanical walled grounds. Plenty of birds, hummingbirds everyday and other daily visits from a plethora of winged visitors to the pool's waterfall. Monkeys, a colorful squirrel and 2 cats passed through as well. The property is a brief walk along a shaded trail to the beach.

A lot of potential for this lovely private property. Location close drive to beautiful beach. Plunge pool with fountain great, house and casita could use upgrades, but that’s factored into the price in my opinion to recommend Casa Mora

Perfect quiet get away! My wife and I wanted a relaxing break and that is exactly what we got. The kitchen is small but had everything that we needed for preparing the majority of our meals. Host recommended picking up groceries prior to driving out to the more rural area. Which was a good idea. There is a small grocery/liquor store a couple of miles from the house. There are quite a few places nearby to go to eat, if desired. The small pool was a regular oasis for us every day, as temperatures were already reaching into the 90's F.. Beaches were close by although a little further than I wanted to walk. Great for sunset visits. All around a very enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Make sure the air conditioners work. Label the keys, Air out the place before arrivals. Be more clear that the second bath only has a sink and toilet; the shower is separate. Provide standing fans as the kitchen fan doesn't work and one is needed by the dining table. There is no walking beach access as the gate was jammed shut, so we had to drive. This is a big difference from the advertisement.
