This two story-condo with a vast patio and open space, makes a wonderful place to relax and recharge. After you walk from the front door to the patio, you will find a private spiral stair that leads to a courtyard filled with palm trees, fruit trees, 2 heated salt water pools and 2 hot tubs. A true tropical garden.
Keep the patio door open, and the fire place on for an indoor-to-outdoor experience. Ooh and there's the mountain, and the lemon tree you can pick from straight from the patio (depending time of year, of course).
As you come back into the open living space and climb the Spanish tile stairs, the master bedroom faces the courtyard for a lovely sunrise, but black out curtains, for the night owls! The closets have tall sliding mirrors and built-in shelving for efficient storage. The full bath has a pocket door to keep the master room separated, for privacy with multiple guests staying.
The office/second bed combo is another comfortable space. I offer a queen size air mattress and linens.
The second half bathroom is downstairs for multiple guests allowing multi-level relief!
The cozy kitchen comes stocked with everything you would need for an extended stay. Cookware, tableware and a slow cooker are all available in addition to the stainless steel appliances. The Keurig can make you a delicious cup of coffee or an espresso for that quick jolt before hitting the sights and sounds of Palm Springs.
This home is conveniently located within less than a mile from daily errand locations. Imagine, you can complete the groceries, coffee run, and go to the gym in less than 2 hours! If you want to spend time in nature, there are parks, nature trails, and hiking less than a mile from the condo. And nightlife, this home is within a 5 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs' Arenas District, and all of the delicious eateries.
All major tourist attractions within the Coachella Valley (Living Zoo in Palm Desert, ATVs in Palm Springs, Air Museum, Art Museum, and many more) are within a 30 minute drive of this condo. You can spend your time walking and experiencing Palm Springs by foot or rent a car, this is truly a place that is conveniently located.

From the moment we contacted her it was such a pleasure and smooth experience.
She responds very quickly and is great to deal with.
The condo itself is very well located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to shopping and Palm Canyon Drive.
It is in a very walkable neighborhood.
It is a very charming cozy condo over two floors with tons of space,large outdoor area on private patio,and down a few steps to pool and equipped with everything you need to feel at home for your stay.
Very friendly people in the complex as well which makes you feel at home.
Can’t say enough about how wonderful it is to find not only a great place to stay but a wonderful caring owner as well.
