The property is beautifully landscaped in a desert motif with the pool and spa literally outside the front door. Enjoy your coffee with the sunrise on the front patio or a peaceful evening and a glass of wine on the back patio surrounded by hummingbirds.
The living space and both bedrooms feature large format TV’s with streaming capabilities. Lightening fast WIFI through the condo (no Cable TV). The unit is equipped with smart voice devices that can control door locks, thermostat, TV's, Ring video doorbell. All stainless appliances are featured in this modern kitchen as well as in-unit washer & dryer. A perfect place to work or enjoy an extended getaway.
Casa Arenas is just a minutes walk from the vibrant Arenas Rd, Palm Springs Village with restaurants, cafes, shopping and art galleries as well as Spa Casino, Convention Center, Art Museum, Regal Cinemas and more!
Guests will be required to sign a Short Term Lease Agreement & HOA Rules and Regulations & CC&R's compliance form.
SEASONAL UTILITY CHARGE -
A seasonal utility charge applicable, specifically for summer usage due to varied AC use by tenants. $150 USD per month paid by owner and excess to be paid upon departure by tenant. Amount paid by owner prorated for fractional periods. A Utility Deposit of $500USD per month may be required.

We stayed for a month. The location is unbeatable but most importantly it is one of the few properties that looked great in the pictures and even better in person. The owner was the perfect amount of giving attention when needed but leaving you alone to enjoy your time. I unreservedly recommend staying here.

This condo was very well appointed and was a perfect location. The pool (which was directly in front of the condo) was lovely with beautiful grounds. The only thing it lacked for us was cable TV. The internet streaming just didn’t do it for us. The patio was great with very nice patio furniture. Nice, quiet neighbors and good off-street parking. Great little kitchen area and nice laundry room. We had a lovely month there!! Thanks, Alex!

We spent a month (3/9-4/9/22) and really enjoyed it. The condo and complex are clean and quiet, walkable to everything downtown. We had our dog along and it worked really well for her. We definitely recommend for an extended stay!
