Ramon Estados Treehouse
This second floor 3 bedroom/2 bath condo in the popular Ramon Estados complex enjoys dramatic views of the beautifully landscaped grounds and south and west to the mountains. With a combination of playful vintage and contemporary furnishings, it is a comfortable and spacious corner unit.
The living room has a large comfortable sectional sofa for relaxing and watching the HDTV. You'll also enjoy the built-in cocktail bar and the great views from the balcony. There is also a well-stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for six.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom for added privacy, plus a King size bed and HDTV. On the other side of the living room are two more bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and HDTV and the other with two Twin beds, plus an additional bathroom between them that provides good separation of bedrooms for added privacy. These two bedrooms enjoy the best views.
Best of all, the gated Ramon Estados complex offers amenities that you won’t find in most other complexes. You’ll have use of the community pool, spa, tennis courts, club house, game room with pool and other game tables, barbecue station, work-out center, and laundry facilities. In short, Ramon Estados has it all!
This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
