Unit include 3 air conditioners including master bedroom and garage. Solar heating including pool, hot tub and home.

We were very happy to spend three months in this spacious condo. Everything was as expected. The proximity to downtown was perfect, as we could walk to most places. Our pup loved the large yard to run around, and we enjoyed the fire table, pool and hot tub. Communication with the owners was fast and easy, no real issues, the microwave stopped working and they had a new one delivered within a day - perfect.
We hope to be able to return again for the winter.

Easy walk to downtown and great neighborhood for dog walking. Really nice yard and pool for relaxing in. Great communication with the owner. Recommend.

We spent two months enjoying the beautiful home away from home. It has a huge backyard (corner lot) and all the modern conveniences including a short distance walk to downtown Palm Springs and its own pool and jacuzzi.
