Welcome to Sandalwood Vacation Rental at Sagewood. Conveniently located in Central Palm Springs, our three bedroom/two bath condo with a large, private courtyard is a great place to spend a vacation, whether you're in the desert to golf, hike, shop or just kick back and relax.
The condo features a large living area with a 60' TV and comfortable seating with plenty of space for your family and friends, as well as a workspace with wireless scanner/printer. A modern, well-appointed kitchen with pass-through to an open dining area as well as to the mountain view courtyard make this the perfect home for entertaining.
The en suite Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, 47' flat screen TV, access to the interior atrium and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom also has a king bed, large closets and access to the courtyard. The third bedroom features a full-size leather sofa bed, wet bar and access to the interior atrium. High thread count Egyptian Cotton Sheets on every bed and plenty of oversized bath and pool towels ensure your comfort.
Gorgeous Saltillo tiles, central A/C and ceiling fans in every room help keep this home comfortable all year round. A private, beautifully landscaped courtyard with lemon tree and bougainvillea offers dining for six with a gas grill as well as a lounge space with an 11' solar-lighted umbrella, a fire table and comfortable seating. Enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon cocktail or after dinner conversation outdoors all year long.
Our home was featured in the 2015 Fall Modernism Week “Pads, Pools & Patios” tour of homes. Built in 1970-1972 and designed by Donald Wexler the Sagewood condominiums are a mid-century modern complex on 18 acres. We are located just steps from one of the three heated pools on the property, each with a spa as well as the community tennis courts. Lush green lawns complete the oasis feel. Play a game of tennis or bocce, go for a swim, soak in the hot tub, then relax in the sun— this is the perfect destination for your desert vacation.
We have tried to anticipate your every need. Modern appliances, full-size washer dryer plus lots of extra touches such as yoga mats, pool toys, games and puzzles, book and video libraries, built-in USB ports, digital cable, phone with free nationwide long distance, wireless high-speed internet and more await you.
