Fully updated, high end finishes, king bed and sleeper in hybrid living room/bedroom(meaning combined). The oceanfront vacation rental is the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation destination, sleeping 4 with room to welcome your 2 furry family members. Drink coffee and cocktails on either of the two private balconies and enjoy the oceanfront swimming pools, lazy river, Hot Tub and beach access and more.

There are many restaurants close by, all within walking distance or 5 minute drive. The Patricia Grand Resort is a pet friendly hotel. Our condo has a two pet limit. A one time pet fee of $125 will be charged after the reservation is made. The limit is two pets per stay with a weight limit of 20 pounds. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels.
As we all know , VRBO rentals (private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange.
A nice welcome package is provided for each guest which Includes:
- Linens, towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, one 8 cup coffee package with filter, 1 bag of Kirkland Popcorn, 1 box of tissues, 1 bar of soap, 1 snack bar, 1 extra trash bag, shampoo.
- These items will not be replenished after they have been used.
House Rules:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with fee (maximum 2 allowed)
- Cleaning service is only provided at the end of your stay
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Only responsible adults need to reserve our unit
- Please report any damages that occur.
- Please leave pool wrists bands and parking passes for Housekeeping after checking out.

The condo was perfect for our annual weekend getaway! The listing is exactly as presented on the site! Breakfast in the restaurant was homemade, Starbucks on site as well as an outdoor bar and grill…you’d never have to leave the property!!!Jay was a fabulous host, quick to respond and even provides renters his personal contact information! We will definitely book this room again next trip!

"Fantastic stay! The condo was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and had great A/C. The resort is packed with amenities and has a great on-site restaurant, but we also loved getting out to explore Myrtle Beach—especially our sunset boat tour. Still, my favorite part of the trip was simply relaxing on the two balconies. Highly recommend this spot for a perfect beach getaway!"

The room is perfect, clean, and offers exactly the gorgeous views advertised. The building has a ton of amenities including pool, lazy river, hot tubs, has it all. Parking is easy, and the location is perfect. Host is a great communicator and easy to work with.

My wife and I,along with our 4 legged family member stayed in James's condo at the Patricia Grand in Myrtle Beach, SC for 5 nights. We were well pleased with the size, amenities and location of his particular condo, with a well equipped kitchenette, living area, as well as two balconies to relax on while watching the ocean and feeling the cool breeze. James gave us contact names and phone numbers should we have questions or concerns during our stay. I would recommend his condo for a convenient and relaxing stay.
