Part of the Patricia Grand Resort, this penthouse corner unit includes access to fabulous resort amenities and thoughtful accommodations. Fully equipped, high end finishes, king bed and sleeper in hybrid living room/bedroom(meaning combined).
The oceanfront vacation rental is the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation destination, sleeping 4 with room to welcome your 2 furry family members. Drink coffee and cocktails on either of the two private balconies and enjoy the oceanfront swimming pools, lazy river, Hot Tub and beach access and more.

There are many restaurants close by, all within walking distance or 5 minute drive. The Patricia Grand Resort is a pet friendly hotel. Our condo has a two pet limit. There is a $125 pet fee for each furry friend, the resort weight limit is 20 pounds. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels.
As we all know , VRBO rentals (private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange.
A nice welcome package is provided for each guest which Includes:
- Linens, towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, one 8 cup coffee package with filter, 1 bag of Kirkland Popcorn, 1 box of tissues, 1 bar of soap, 1 snack bar, 1 extra trash bag, shampoo.
- These items will not be replenished after they have been used.
House Rules:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with fee (maximum 2 allowed)
- Cleaning service is only provided at the end of your stay
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Only responsible adults need to reserve our unit
- Please report any damages that occur.
- Please leave pool wrists bands and parking passes for Housekeeping after checking out.

I didn't realize it is the top floor. Room 1926 is nice. Here's the complaints: The family next door was very loud through the walls and there's some machinery nearby, maybe on the roof?, that started and stopped with loud motor noise constantly. The left balcony opens to all the neighbor's balconies so no privacy but the one on the right is private. The balcony furniture is terrible! Oversized and not easy to navigate and use at all. The mattress is very dated and lumpity bumpity even though I did sleep very well! The exhaust fan in the toilet is so dirty you can barely see the fins on the cover. It takes a good while for the hot water to reach the 19th floor but once it does the shower is acceptable. We had to sweep the floors before relaxing as they were full of grit and there's no good rug to clean your feet at entry. The accommodation is over priced for the experience. I'd stay here again but only at a discounted rate.

As always no complaints love staying here with our two Pomeranians. Facility is always clean and on site staff are super friendly and polite.

Neither balconies would fit more than 1 person comfortably. If two chairs, one had to stand and move chair to get into room. 1 balcony looked directly at other rooms. Floors and sofa were dirty. Waited 20 minutes for elevators. Somewhat disappointed.
