Exactly has advertised and easy communication with host as needed. Extremely clean and the resort was very pet friendly with a wonderful beach access with a lot of green area for dog walking right beside the resort.

Condo was very clean, comfortable and amply supplied. Location was good and views from both rooms were beautiful.I would give this five stars except that One of the elevators was out of service during our entire visit which caused delays getting in and out of the building. Nothing major but sometimes, we would have to wait almost 10 minutes which I think is excessive. Also there is some pier construction close by so we were awakened at 8 by the pile drivers. Both of these items were out of the owner’s control but did have some impact

Amazing! We loved everything about our stay. The condo was gorgeous. The Patricia Grand has so much to do with the pools, hot tubs, lazy river and the food there is excellent. We were on the 15th floor and the view was breathtaking. My only small complaint is the living room furniture was not comfortable, but overall we had a great time!
