The Space:
Welcome to your Coastal Escape! This stunning family-friendly condo at The Oasis offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Nestled on the North side, this unique retreat boasts breathtaking views of the Gulf State Park and Lake Shelby—enjoy the serene view to the north while being just steps from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf.
With space to comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests, this spacious 3-bedroom condo is designed for comfort and style. The open living area is adorned with coastal charm, featuring a plush queen sleeper sofa and a large 65” HD TV, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The dining area seats six, plus a breakfast bar for four, and a cute toddler table for two, making mealtime effortless for the whole family.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any occasion, featuring stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, and a Keurig coffee maker for your morning pick-me-up. Condo was very clean and spacious. Well equipped in the kitchen for cooking simple meals. We had a group of 5 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room for everyone. Excellent property amenities. I took away 1 star for a few minor issues. The kitchen has no hot pads or oven mitts. We had to remove hot pans from the oven using towels. The ice maker is very slow and could not keep up with our group. The satellite dish worked great in the family room but the signal was terrible in the back bedrooms. Could not get a signal in order to watch anything.

A great location and good condo! Our only complaint had nothing to do with the unit! The elevators here take SO long because there’s so many people. We waited 30 minutes for an elevator to the beach one morning. Otherwise, everything was good!
