Nice and spacious finca. Pool area very nice.
Equipment in kitchen a little outdated but remember to take contact to Owl Booking if you have specific needs they will help you out.

the house is very big, the swimming pool and the garden are impressive. Tennis table is a plus! Lot of space. The rooms are spacious, same as common rooms. The house is well equipped with everything you may need, and even more.
Sometimes a bad sewer smell arrives in the garden and in some bathrooms. Dishwasher is ok, but sometimes it does not clean well. Washing machine is ok, a bit small, but we did not stay so long to need it more than we used.

It was difficult to find our location because there was not a sign on the road how to find the house.
The bathroom downstairs was smelling. The dishwasher was not doing his job properly.
.The Owl group responded very quick with sending a mechanical. There was alot of space in the house and also outside with a big swimmingpool. We enjoyed our stay very much

We stayed one week in Villa Rosa Gran with friends (6 adults and 6 children aged 6 to 12). The location is very beautiful and located in a quiet surrounding of Port Pollença.
The property is nice and has agreeable space but some equipment such as the AC did not work properly during our stay which made our nights quite difficult given the heat in August. The beds are also not very comfortable and the choice of furniture for the outside table and chairs (black and in plastic) were also not ideal given the heat.
Though, the owner and the agency were super prompt to respond and made every effort to mitigate the issues.
We would recommend people interested to rent this property to inquire about the AC if staying during the summer and make sure the issues were fully fixed. Otherwise, it was nice and we enjoyed our time in Villa Rosa Gran.
